Imlann is a dragon general discontented with Comonot's Treaty and plotting to ruin it.
Background
Imlann was a general during the Tanamoot-Goredd war. Dissatisfied with Comonot's Treaty, Imlann and the cabal plotted to ruin it; they were discovered by Imlann's daughter, Linn, who had become overly fond of human life. Linn betrayed her father, fighting and wounding him, and left. Imlann denounced her, refusing to even acknowledge her name, and forced Orma to do the same.
He was later exiled by Tanamoot and vanished.
